Atuka
Atuka is a neuroscience-focused CRO specialising in translating circuit-driven mechanisms into therapeutics for neurological disease. Our foundations are in Parkinson’s disease, where more than four decades of work linking circuitry, behaviour and pharmacology shape how we approach the wider field. We ask how targets and pathways alter affected circuits, using clinically translatable endpoints. Our rodent and NHP capabilities include disease models, imaging, biodistribution and non-GLP safety, across modalities from small molecules to gene, oligonucleotide and cell therapies, and devices.
